STORAGE
Store your gelato in the freezer at -18°C. For the best serving consistency, let it rest in the fridge at 1°C for about 5 to 10 minutes before serving. Avoid allowing the gelato to melt at room temperature and refreezing it, as this may affect its texture.
SHELF LIFE
For optimal flavor and freshness, enjoy our freshly made gelato within one week of opening, or within one month if left unopened. Each package is clearly labeled with a best-before date for your peace of mind.
The shipping address, contact number, and delivery date and time provided during checkout are considered final. Please review your shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.
To ensure that our gelato ice cream arrives in perfect condition, we may use dry ice to maintain the ideal temperature during delivery. We also deliver gelato ice cream using freezer truck. It is essential that the your provided shipping details are accurate, as any delivery issues may affect the quality of the gelato. Please ensure someone is available and reachable to receive the order on the specified delivery date.
If no one is available to receive the delivery, we will attempt to contact you to arrange alternative options, such as leaving the package with a neighbor or at your doorstep. If we are unable to reach you, a re-delivery fee of $15 will be charged. The original products will be delivered on an agreed date and time, subject to availability, and you agree to accept them in their existing condition.
For orders placed for store pickup, please collect your items at the selected date and time. Early collection is not possible, as we usually make fresh upon your order hence, we require sufficient time to prepare your order.
The following delivery fees apply:
Store collection (free) — for all orders.
Delivery fee (free) — for orders $75 and above.
Re-delivery fee — $15 for re-delivery of an unsuccessful delivery.
Surcharge of $18 applies to deliveries in Secured Zone areas.

We deliver our frozen products in either a temperature-controlled freezer truck or a cooler box with sufficient dry ice.
The gelato/popsicles that you will receive are in excellent condition and ready to be enjoyed immediately or stored in your freezer for no more than six months.
Please note that given the perishable nature of the gelato, all sales are final. We encourage customers to inspect the quality and completeness of their orders at the time of delivery.
Once you (or a third party representing you) have received and signed for your delivery, we are unable to exchange or refund your order.
Cancellations may be made with at least 2 business days notice. If the notice is less than 2 business days and your order has not yet been shipped, there will be a 50% cancellation fee. If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
